To walk the path of frienship isn't as effortless as it first seems,
Truth be told i cracked that path just because i was feeling perplex.
I know now the only time i'll see your smile is when i walk my dreams,
And in the waking world all i can do is sit wistfully and reflect.

So i'm bidding you adieu i'm waving my white flag,
I'm turning away from all i know to seek another calling.
And although this is my farwell i still feel the time drag,
For my heart still aches for your gentle words..i can feel myself falling.
